Okay. So last week was awesome. This week was really good too. The Lord blessed us more this week than he ever did before. Its all because of our faith and diligence and just getting it done. A lot of missionaries think that if they wake up in the morning and put on a tie and a tag that the Lord will drop people in their laps. I'll be the first to tell you that that is NOT the case. We HAVE to put forth effort to find and teach.

"...the invitation to repent is an expression of love"
D. Todd Christofferson (The Divine Gift of Repentance. November 2011 Ensign)

Just because I chastise someone for not bearing their testimony when they had the opportunity or sharing the Book of Mormon with a non member when the chance presented it doesn't mean I'm being mean or grouchy. Its because you have a gift and an opportunity to "bring to light all the hidden things of darkness" and I want you to share that. Its because the Lord recognizes that you have a talent and he wants you to use it. Make sense? Huh. I wonder how that happened with the relief society lesson being on that...? Love ya mom!

Don't talk to me about snow and cold. I have to deal with it more than you do. Especially since I'm the one who always has to back out his companion from the parking spot. Not fun. Not warm.

I still want to go into psychology, but I'm starting to look into business now. No clue what I want to do yet, but business catches my eye. I'll be going to Snow College to start out. Its a good place. I'll just take the ACT as soon as I get home so that I have it done. I'll need to have Kadee help me study for it.

Her dad hasn't decided to go back to church. But Samantha asked him if she could be baptized and he said that she has to check out a couple of other churches before she decides. We taught her the plan of salvation and she said that it all makes sense. She's best friends with like three girls in the ward now and pretty much fits in. She's happy there. Thats all I can say about that.

Thats pretty exciting about Trek and Missionary month. I'm excited to hear about this girl from Germany. Is President Uchtdorf her hero yet? The Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the greatest thing to happen since Christ himself walked the earth.

I did get my shoes. They fit really well. I finally got to break them in today. The mornings have been brutal here lately so we don't go running as much. Mostly just weight training in the basement. My ring fit great. I wear it everyday. My companion thinks its a little ridiculous most of the time, but he was the first to use it as a teaching tool actually.

Trust me. I've experience just about EVERYTHING Maryland has to offer in some form or another except the Ghetto. Still hoping for that one. Hagerstown was pretty Ghetto though.

Kadee is right. You are coming out to Maryland in the spring. If you don't then I'm leaving you behind and touring my old area's by myself. Should be lots of fun. Bishop Krewson said that I could use his house as my headquarters while I go around. I'll also get to go do as many sessions in the temple that I want. I probably won't get to go before my mission ends. (Unless Jason and Alisha from Hagerstown go in September) We'll see what happens.

Well I better get going. "...remember, remember that it is upon the arock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your bfoundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty cstorm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall." I know that a foundation in Christ is the strongest foundation of all. And as we continue to build our testimonies and lives upon our redeemer then we cannot be dragged down into the gall of bitterness. We'll become like Captain Moroni "Yea, verily, verily I say unto you, if all men had been, and were, and ever would be, like unto Moroni, behold, the very powers of hell would have been shaken forever; yea, the devil would never have power over the hearts of the children of men." Of this I bear humble and resolute testimony. In the name of the Master Jesus Christ. Amen.

"FEED MY SHEEP!!!"

Elder Christofferson
